This is a bit long story about cheesecakes and Sheep’s Head Cafe in Iowa City once existed back in 80’s. My friend (she is close to 100 years now) taught me how to bake cheesecakes 20 years ago. She gave me copies of the recipe she got from the library book. There were several different ones but I got complements every time I made those. One of the recipe had captions that this Bare bottom cheesecake was quite popular at Sheep’s Head Cafe in Iowa City.
